Vacatis World is a Pvt Ltd Company

We are a Destination Management Company for Indonesia, Thailand and Azerbaijan. We are dealing primarily with inbound tours only in the B2B market on a Pan India basis. Vacatis World is a Pvt Ltd Company registered in India and Indonesia as fully-fledged inbound tour operator, providing services to incoming passengers visiting Bali. We have recently grown and extended our business and added 2 more destinations i.e., Thailand and Azerbaijan.

We are a young company established in July 2018, backed by experienced professionals in the tourism industry in South East Asian Countries for more than 10 years. In such a short span of 05 years Vacatis World has earned the reputation of being in the top 5 DMC and one of the leading Destination Management Company catering from the India market to Bali.

Inbound tours have been our focus and forte, and our satisfied clients have travelled to every corner of the Destination and each of them has left with warm memories of traditional hospitality. In-depth knowledge of the destination and the ability to meet individual needs of our clients has been our asset from the inception of the company. With our local offices and local teams in each destination we get an upper hand on the destination which helps us to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction for all our clients.

Coming from Hotel & Tourism Management with degree in hand worked with several brands in Mumbai, India & Singapore at Front Office for 3 years, Later shifted career from hotel background to Travel & tourism field back in 2011, handled operation for south east asia countries on initial days, moved to sales in 2013 to explore west india market agents for Destination Management Companies based in Asia, after working for various DMC till mid of 2018 with good network of pan india travel agents I started with Vacatis World in 2018 with Single destination ie : Indonesia, Bali added new destination in kitty in 2020 with Azerbaijan, Baku & last but not the least 2021 started with Thailand.

Ravi Muluk

Background from Travel & Tourism Management with degree in hand worked with several brands in India, handled complete B2B Sales and Operations for South East Asia, Europe, USA with the hand on experience of almost 15 years. Worked in West India market with Travel partners for Destination Management Companies based in Asia, USA, Europe then finally moved ahead and started with own Brand Vacatis World – A Destination Management Company in year 2018 with single destination i.e. : Indonesia, Bali later added new feathers in cap stared with Azerbaijan, Baku and A Land on Smile - Thailand

As all young dreamers I too had the dream of starting my own company in the travel trade but I knew the road would not be easy. So started working with various companies to learn and gain knowledge and experience. But the dream of my own company was always in my eyes and the hunger to achieve the dream was growing higher than ever. After 12 years of travel industry experience finally took the giant step and launched “ Vacatis World” a Destination Management Company for Indonesia. The initial phase was very difficult but with great determination and support from friends, family and industry partners added brick by brick on every step to build the business. Today after 06 years since inception “Vacatis World” has become a brand associated with Trust and Service. Well, the journey is far more to be achieved and our determination is to reach the horizon of growth and success. More than 5000+ passengers travel with Vacatis World to Indonesia and Thailand and the numbers are increasing with time.
